Brooke grew up in Chicago and has been in the Service Industry her entire working life. She attended Michigan State University where she earned a degree in Hospitality Business. From there, she popped around the country until she came to New Orleans over seven years ago. Brooke now enjoys working at the illustrious Erin Rose. Brooke is known for her style behind the bar, with bad jokes and making the guest experience fun and engaging. She enjoys learning and creating new drinks while keeping a laid back atmosphere. Recently, she was chosen to be the Piehole Whiskey's Sweetheart in their nationwide bartender contest. Brooke spends her offtime hanging out with her dogs, visiting her industry friends at their respective bars, and drawing/painting for her side business.
