It’s time to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with the most spirited holiday party of the season. Tales of the Toddy® comes to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for a 10th anniversary celebration with our noggiest, yueltidiest, most festive Toddy yet. We’ll be spreading a whole lot of holiday cheer with cocktails crafted by the city’s best bartenders and bites from new and classic New Orleans restaurants. And Virtuosa Quartet, the All-Girl Electric String Quartet, will be playing holiday hits that will keep the party rockin’ around the Christmas tree all night long.

Gillian moved to New Orleans, via Rhode Island, about a year and a half ago. It was there that she discovered her love for things that taste like whiskey; and started her career in drink slinging, hospitality, and restaurant management. It since then has opened up many doors and opportunities, which landed her bartending at Sylvain upon arriving in NOLA. A year later, she found herself transitioning as management to the LeBLANC & SMITH's sister-restaurant, Meauxbar--where she continues to keep the party going.
